Cooking with Limits is a new type of cooking website: offered on-line and for those eating with food allergies and other limited diets (or those anxious to explore other food options). Each recipe proves that a limited food selection, whether from food allergies or other health reasons, doesn't mean limited flavors or limited fun. More importantly, most of our recipes can be cooked in 20 to 30 minutes, making them perfect for a quick meal (because honestly there just isn't time for cooking longer than that).
We avoid corn, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat and yeast because millions of people around the world suffer from allergies or intolerances to these common foods. Not only do we avoid these foods in the kitchen, we also provide food allergy sufferers with tips to avoid these foods while shopping, including lists of items to watch out for on ingredient lists.
In addition to a ton of tasty recipes, we also present you with details on the foods used and cooking methods. After all, our mission is not only to create great tasting foods, but also to provide enough information about the cooking methods and ingredients for easier modification to help you meet your specific dietary needs. Keep in mind that we're just here to help you with food; we're not doctors!
