Buttercup squash

One of many winter squashes, the buttercup squash is available from early fall to early spring. Like other winter squashes, the buttercup squash has a hard outer rind with a sweet orange-colored interior. The buttercup squash is sweeter than other winter squashes however it tends to be dryer.
