  1. 1 avocado
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 3 carrots
  4. 1 cup broccoli

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by boiling the carrots and blanching the broccoli.
  2. Once those have cooked enough for your tastes, blend in food processor with the avocado and the diced tomatoes until creamy.
  3. For taste, add in salt, onions, garlic or other vegetables of your choice.
