Beef and Rice Pasta Soup

This is an easy to make, low mess, allergy free soup that is perfect for dinner. This recipe uses beef for flavor and heaviness, tomatoes for richness and rice pasta for an extra twist. Read the details of this recipe.

Needs

  1. 1 pound beef
  2. 1/2 cup rice pasta
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 1 cup tomatoes
  5. 2 cups broth

  1. PREP: 5 minutes
  2. COOK: 15 minutes

  1. 4-6 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by cooking the beef. Once most of the beef has turned light brown (after three to four minutes when over medium high heat), add in the onions.
  2. After two minutes of cooking (stirring every half minute), add in the tomatoes. Add in other vegetables (substituting for onion and tomato) as desired.
  3. After another two to three minutes (once the beef is about half way done), add in the broth and the rice pasta.
  4. Let that cook for six to seven minutes (or until the rice pasta and beef are fully cooked).
