Breakfast hash-browns

Potatoes for substance, onions for flavor (though they can be skipped easily), tomatoes for richness (rich is good in the morning) and bison for the morning protein. Read the details of this recipe.

Needs

  1. 1 potato, cubed
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1/2 pound ground bison (pre-cooked)
  5. 1/2 cup oil (any type)
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 5 minutes
    COOK: 15 minutes

SERVES

  1. 2 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by frying the potatoes in the oil for about five minutes, or until the potatoes start to turn brown. Once the potatoes are at this point, add in the onions along with salt.
  2. Continue to fry for another five minutes until adding in the pre-cooked bison (or adjusting cooking if bison is not already cooked).
  3. Once the potatoes are sufficiently done, and the bison is hot enough, add in the tomatoes and fry for one more minute.
