  2. 1 cup quinoa
  3. 1 cup chicken broth

  2. COOK: 15 minutes

SERVES

  1. 2 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Bring broth to boil. Add quinoa then lid up and let the broth cook away then remove from the heat.
  2. Once off the heat, add in the oranges.
