Chicken Rice Pasta

When you're avoiding wheat, or have a gluten allergy, you probably eat a lot of rice pasta. This recipe boils rice pasta up, but instead of boiling it in water this recipe calls for boiling it alongside broccoli and chicken - making for all kinds of unique flavors. Read the details of this recipe.

Needs

  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. 2 cups broth (any - beef recommended)
  3. 1 cup rice pasta
  4. 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 5 minutes
  2. COOK: 30 minutes

SERVES

  1. 2 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by boiling the chicken in the broth over medium heat.
  2. After fifteen minutes, flip the chicken and add in the broccoli.
  3. After five more minutes, flip the chicken once again and add in the rice pasta.
