Needs

  1. 1 boneless chicken breast
  2. 2 oranges
  3. 1 cup rice
  4. 2 cups chicken broth
  5. 1 onion chopped
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 10 minutes
  2. COOK: 20 minutes

SERVES

  1. 2 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Put chicken and rice in skillet with the cup of rice. Lid up and let cook for five minutes.
  2. After five minutes, add in the chopped onion. Lid up and let cook for another five minutes.
  3. After five more minutes, flip over the chicken.
  4. Let the chicken cookfor ten to welve more minutes or until the chicken is done.
  5. Once removed from the heat, add oranges.
