Fried Veggie Oatmeal

If you are looking for a different type of oatmeal recipe, you might enjoy this - ground up oatmeal and ground up veggies fried.

Needs

  1. 1/2 cup oats, ground
  2. Any three veggies, finely ground
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 5 minutes
  2. COOK: 10 minutes

SERVES

  1. 4-6 oat balls

Cooking it up

  1. Grind up your oatmeal and three (or more) veggies of your choice in your food processor. Pack into tight balls and fry in pan or deep fry in canola (or any oil). Let fry for five minutes then flip and fry for five more before removing from the heat. Or fry without packing, stirring often, for seven to ten minutes or until oatmeal is soft.
