Needs
1 pound pork
2 carrots, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped fine
1 cup canola (or any) oil
TIME
PREP: 10 minutes
COOK: 20-25 minutes
SERVES
6 meatballs
Cooking it up
Mix the pork, carrots, onions and broccoli together along with seasonings of choice.
Once mixed together, pack into medium sized balls.
Fry the meatballs in canola oil (any oil works) until pork is fully cooked. Flip only once after ten minutes.
Alternative
Instead of rolling these into meatballs, pack the same mix into hamburgers and the fry, grill or broil your hamburgers just as you normally would. Of course, not packing the meat mixture together and instead frying it all ground up makes for a good dish to go over pasta or salad.
