Anti-Tomato Tomato Sauce

  1. 1 cup pineapple juice
  2. 2 carrots (mashed)
  3. 1 onion (mashed)
  4. 1/2 cup rice flour (optional)
  5. Salt

  2. COOK: 10 minutes

SERVES

  1. 3-4 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by heating the broth and rice flour together.
  2. Once the broth has started to thicken, add in the carrots and onions, along with alt for taste.
  3. Stir together until broth reaches a boil then add in the pineapple juice.
  4. Let that cook for five to ten minutes before removing from the heat.
