Rice Breakfast Biscuits

Rice doesn't have to be boring and neither does breakfast with food allergies. Read the details of this recipe.

Needs

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1 1/2 cups water
  3. 1/2 cup peaches, mashed
  4. 1 stick cinnamon, ground
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 cup rice milk
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 10 minutes
  2. COOK: 15 minutes

SERVES

  1. 4 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Mix the flour, peaches, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and water together until it is the consistency of a slightly-liquid bread dough.
  2. Slowly move into a pan, letting the mix spread throughout the pan. Once in the pan, begin heating it over medium heat.
  3. Once it begins to heat up, and begins to become firm, push the mix into biscuits with the spatula.
  4. Let cook for five minutes then flip. After flipping add in 1/2 cup of rice milk.
