Start by reheating the solidified fat in the roast.
Once the fat starts to liquefy, add part of the meat.
Once that begins to heat up, about five minutes, add in other items for the roast, carrots, potatoes, onions, etc.
To add more flavor, at this point you can add in additional items. Broccoli is good, more onions help, tomatoes are a nice touch and pineapple makes it nice and sweet.
Let that cook for another five to ten minutes, then enjoy.
