Slow Cooked Tomatoed Chicken

  1. 1 boneless chicken breast
  2. 1 cup tomato and tomato juice
  3. 2 cups broth
  4. 1 cup broccoli
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 potato
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 10 minutes
  2. COOK: 4-8 hours
    (Cooking in slow cooker)

SERVES

  1. 3-4 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Add the chicken and other ingredients into the slow cooker. Let it cook for four to eight hours depending on size and quantity of chicken; remove from the heat when the chicken is done.
