Veggie-Oat-Pork Pasta Salad

Pork, oats, veggies and pasta. Sound strange? Well, not really. These ingredients can make a really unique, and highly tasty, pasta salad - the oats provide a crunchy, nutty flavor while the pork and veggies provide a solid base. This tastes even better with fresh fruit or fresh vegetables on top of it.

Needs

  1. 1/2 pound pork
  2. 1/2 cup oats, ground
  3. Any three veggies, finely ground
 

TIME

  1. PREP: 10 minutes
  2. COOK: 20 minutes

SERVES

  1. 2-4 servings

Cooking it up

  1. Begin by frying up the ground pork over medium-high heat. After mixing the ground pork with the ground vegetables, and after the pork is half way done, mix in the veggie-oat mixture.
